Zeigler Subaru of Lafayette: New Ownership, New Customer Service Focus

Lafayette, Ind. (October 19, 2023) Zeigler Subaru of Lafayette, one of the country's largest Subaru dealers, is now under new ownership after being purchased by Zeigler Auto Group in August.

Located at 1600 S. Creasy Lane, just four minutes away from Subaru of America's US operations, the dealer sits on approximately 10.5 acres, across two parcels, with a building that's approximately 43,000 gross sq.ft. in size.

The dealer is committed to improving relationships with the SIA plant and the community, in large part by working with its staff on the training that is part of Zeigler's world-class onboarding. Zeigler's "P.R.I.D.E." mission statement was a big part of the training with the acronym representing five pillars to the Ultimate Automotive Experience for customers. These are: Passion, Reputation, Integrity, Drive, and Execution.

The dealership also plans to do various expansions and renovations, with a confirmed one being its current conference room expansion into a larger meeting area known as a Zeigler Locker Room where guest speakers and other training sessions can be held at a larger scale.

Zeigler Subaru of Lafayette also has five Love Promise Champions chosen by Subaru to kick off Subaru Love Promise University. Its five champions are Alyssa Rudisel, a Love Encore Delivery Specialist, Jenny Scott, a Main Shop Service Advisor, Blake Pankow, a Main Shop Service Technician, Audrey Huls, a Product Specialist; and Blake Cheek, a Parts Counter/Wholesale Specialist.

Zeigler Subaru of Lafayette will be hosting a pet adoption event on Saturday, October 21st at the dealership in benefit of Almost Home Humane Society and The Humane Society of Clinton County in partnership with Purdue Vet Med. The local Subaru dealer will also be hosting a private SIA Trunk or Treat event Tuesday, Oct. 31st to help with outreach.
