Zeigler Maserati of Grandville has earned the coveted Maserati Masters of Care Award for 2022. The luxury Zeigler Auto Group dealer tied for sixth place in the United States with only ten North American Maserati dealerships qualifying for the accolade-which required the best scores in key areas such as sales, SSI (sales satisfaction index), parts sales, accessory sales, and NPS, a metric used to measure customer loyalty. The international auto manufacturer honored the Zeigler Auto Group dealer with an immersive culture trip to Italy for the award ceremony, where dealer Director Derrick Jones accepted the prestigious accolade.
KALAMAZOO, MICH (July 20, 2023) Maserati North America has awarded Zeigler Maserati of Grandville with its prestigious 2022 Maserati Masters of Care Award. The luxury Zeigler Auto Group dealer distinguished itself by tying for sixth place nationwide with only ten North American Maserati dealerships qualifying for the accolade. It was also the only Maserati dealership in the Midwest to earn the award.

To be eligible for this distinguished recognition, dealerships had to excel in key performance areas, including exceptional sales figures, impressive scores on the Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI), robust parts and accessory sales, and an exemplary Net Promoter Score (NPS)-which measures customer loyalty.
