Zeigler University is an internal leadership and development program within the Zeigler Automotive Group organization dedicated to attracting, training, and retaining the best talent in the industry. 


The program includes one-on-one mentoring, strategic recruiting; and programs such as the Zeigler University Speaker Series with past celebrity guest speaker appearances that include Grant Cardone, Bill Rancic, PJ Fleck, and more.

One of my favorite speakers was Jesse Itzler.  He said, "How you do anything is how you do everything!"   To me this means we have a choice every day we wake up.  Are we going to be positive and give our best at whatever we do (and I truly mean whatever we do … whether that is brushing our teeth, cleaning our room, doing our job, washing our car, teaching our kids … whatever it is) or are we going to give some things our best effort and other things a half effort?

My favorite speaker was Coach Tom Izzo who said, "You either like what you do, love what you do, or LIVE what you do!"  In order to get high performing results you have to live what you do!  I apply this with my team at work and also with my kids at home!
