Zeigler Automotive Group Wins Best & Brightest Companies to Work For® in the Nation for Second Consecutive Year

Zeigler Automotive Group has been selected as one of just 183 companies for the 2020 Best And Brightest Companies to Work For® in the Nation award, a recognition program that is part of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® competition presented by the National Association for Business Resources. This is the second year in a row that the Zeigler has earned the distinction.

Kalamazoo, Mich. (August 24, 2020) Zeigler Automotive Group was recently honored as one of the top 2020 Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in the Nation. Winners were announced on June 26, 2020 by the National Association for Business Resources, via press release after assessing more than 1,700 nominations using an independent research firm that evaluated organizations on key metrics that included communication, work-life balance, employee dedication, diversity, recognition, retention and more. 

 From there, 183 national winning organizations were chosen across the US with Zeigler Automotive Group landing within the top 101 highest scoring national winning organizations for the spring. The program's purpose is to give companies an opportunity to benchmark their human resource efforts against other high-performing organizations across the US.

Zeigler will be honored during the virtual Illuminate Business Summit weeks in  October 2020 and February 2021.  During the Illuminate Business Summits the 101 highest scoring national winning companies and the Elite awards will also be awarded to the highest winning companies demonstrating exceptional innovative human resource practices and setting high standards for all businesses.
